In 2003 the City had an operating deficit of $1.1 Million. Through proper fiscal management and Bob’s conservative business approach to budget projections coupled with a surge in commercial and Industrial growth the City recorded a record surplus in 2007 of $6.7 Million and a contingency fund was established to see the City through the lean times.

In 2003, Lake Elsinore faced a Budget Deficit of $1.1 Million.
In 2007, Lake Elsinore had a Budget Surplus of $6.7 Million.
Since 2004, Lake Elsinore has had a Balanced Budget.
